No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly stated in this policy. We Fete Ticketing & Media LLC ("We Fete Tickets," "we," "our," or "us") does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Changes in personal circumstances
• Inability to attend the event
• Dissatisfaction with the event
• Errors made during the purchase process

All refund decisions are subject to the event organizer's policy. We Fete Tickets acts solely as the ticketing platform and is not responsible for issuing refunds unless specifically authorized by the event organizer.

Refund Timelines

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the refund timelines and policies set by the event organizer. These details are specified during the ticket purchase process and must be strictly followed. If refunds are allowed by the event organizer, you must submit your request within the stated timeframe. Refund requests made outside that period will not be honored.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event an event is canceled, the event organizer will determine the applicable refund policy. If refunds are approved, they will be processed using the original method of payment. We Fete Tickets is not responsible for initiating or issuing refunds unless instructed by the event organizer.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be provided unless specifically approved by the event organizer. It is your responsibility to check for updates regarding the event's new date or venue.

Ticket Resale and Transfers

Tickets purchased through We Fete Tickets are intended for personal use only and may not be resold for profit. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Tickets may be transferred to another person only if permitted by the event organizer. All transfers must follow the official transfer process provided by the organizer.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing through We Fete Tickets, you agree to abide by this refund policy and not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated in violation of this policy, We Fete Tickets reserves the right to:

• Contest the chargeback with proof of your agreement to these terms
• Cancel your tickets without refund
• Restrict you from future purchases through our platform
